The need for a celebration and tournament is long overdue. The chance for all citizens of Khemet to present their skills of combat for all the eyes of Khaeros to see is here. All may enter and it will be held at the match square near the marketplace. (on Monday December 21st at 2 EST/ 7GMT) There will be many important figures in attendance including the Neferan himself so be prepared to impress the people of Khaeros.
Each round winner will receive a sash of extremely high quality as a trophy and it will commemorate the event.
The final winner of the tourny will win a runic cloak of equally high quality, the title of champion and perhaps further title from the powers that be, of course, this is to be seen.
(All races are invited, we look forward to seeing you. Traditional rules apply, no poison, oils or magic. Cleric buffs before the match are allowed.)

Due to the rumors of possible attack during the tournament I request that all capable warriors of Khemet be available at the tournament. Although these rumors may be false, we will be in need of assistance in case of attack. All able bodied men and women need to attend the tournament!
