Linen - Freely sold to Khemetar and Azhurans, any others need writs and permissions as per Khemet law.

Steel - Restricted to Tyreans only, no exceptions currently.

Pusantia - No restrictions.

Greenhart - Restricted to Alyrians only, no exceptions currently.

Obsidian - Restricted to Azhurans only, no exceptions currently.

Bone - No restrictions...though its bone, so needs to be backed up rp'ly as to why a non-Mhordul would want/use it, and convincing a Mhordul to make/sell you some.



Ridgeraptors - Restricted to Azhurans only, no exceptions currently.

Striders - Restricted to Alyrians only, no exceptions currently.

Warhorse - No restrictions.

Beetles - Freely sold to Khemetar/Azhurans, any others need writs/permissions as per Khemet law.

Bears - Restricted to Tyreans only, exceptions made by the Jarl only under special circumstances.

Wolves - No restrictions, but good luck getting/finding one.


Of course these restrictions to not apply to stolen resources/mounts, but know that if by law you aren't allowed to have something, this will bring IC repercussions upon your character by the offended race/people.
