So I'm having some trouble with this hiding/stealth in terms of RP.
When and where does it not apply? I've heard the debate that hiding and stealth are not invisibility and I can buy that. But where is the line drawn? If I am damn good at it, meaning a master of both able to deliver death with well placed shots to someone's vitals does that mean that I can't stalk them?
Should I reveal myself automatically if they are sitting in the same building as I am or if I pass them in the street? I suppose what I'm wondering is if I am roleplaying my character as stalking someone, be it through a building, in their home, or down a road, should I reveal myself out of curiousity or only when it suits me?

well...I've personally found that although revealing to do an emote here and there for the creepy and intense paranoia effect is fun...Generally it does not work out since the mechs currently mess you up...You cant really emote a squeeking floor board and re-hide when within just a few tiles, even though you only emoted it for effect. And if your in any sort of building at all with npc's then nu-uh.
